Wànluán (萬巒) is a predominantly Hakka township in central Pingtung, part of the Liudui (六堆) region. Wugoushui (五溝水), a heritage-listed Hakka settlement with traditional huofang compounds and natural springs, is one of the best-preserved of its kind in Taiwan. The township is also home to the iconic Wanjin Holy Rosary Cathedral (萬金聖母聖殿), one of the oldest Catholic churches in the country.
