Tóufèn (頭份) is a county-administered city in northern Miaoli. It was upgraded from township status in 2015 due to its rapid urban development and population of over 106,000 predominantly Hakka residents. Located astride Zhonggang River (中港溪), the city forms a continuous urban area with neighboring Zhunan.
