An old Minnan-style courtyard home in a traditional community founded nearly 300 years ago. While much of the community has been converted into an industrial park a small pocket has been redeveloped for rural tourism. Several streets around the old house feature nostalgic murals including an illustration of an apocryphal Luzhunan Theater (蘆竹湳大戲台), which never existed.
