A series of four abandoned artillery emplacements and a small assembly ground strung along a public trail in the hills above Luogeng Pond (羅耕埤), a small irrigation works in Toufen, Miaoli. The site seems to have no widely known name and its history remains undocumented, though the concrete gun positions closely resemble the post-war Wanggaoliao Artillery Emplacements in Taichung. Coastal batteries of this kind usually overlook the shoreline, so this position some 8 km inland is somewhat unusual.
