Not much is known about this former Shinto shrine except that it was established in 1942. Its original site has been identified within the grounds of the National Health Research Institutes (國家衛生研究院) on Keyan Road in Zhunan, though that campus lies some distance from the Douhuanping (斗煥坪) locale the shrine is named after. Few other records survive online. Possibly known as Tokanhei-jinja in the original Japanese.
