An important railway stop on the former Baxianshan Forest Railway (八仙山森林鐵路) established in the Japanese colonial era in what is now Heping District, Taichung. In Mandarin Chinese the name would likely be Jiuliangxi. It is now occupied as a private residence. It may be hard to recognize; look for a light green paint scheme. There is also a dormitory for the stationmaster just next door and many additional wooden residences at the nearby Songhe Forestry Bureau Dormitories.
