A brick courtyard residence in the Beizhuang (北庄) area of Shengang, Taichung, completed in 1935. The compound pairs a Chinese-style multi-wing layout with a small Western-style annex, fronted by stonewashed terrazzo gate pillars in the Shōwa period style. Its front hall carries the ancestral name Jiulong Yanpai (九龍衍派), a common appellation among descendants of the Lin family in Shengang and Fengyuan. The residence remains privately occupied.
