A distinctive residence constructed in neo-Baroque style in the 1930s and owned by local politician Xu Songyan (許嵩煙). It was briefly repurposed for use as Dongmen Art Gallery (東門美術館) in the mid-2000s before being abandoned to the elements. Recognized for its heritage value in 2018 but not yet restored as of 2025.
