An old military bunker by the riverside in Bali, New Taipei. It was previously guarded by the Guandu Brigade of the ROC Army but the site was decommissioned in 2001 and returned to public use. It has been converted into an observation deck and park. This site is also rumored to be that of a ruined Spanish fortress, but no evidence of this has been found.
