A sanheyuan on the Qiziding (崎仔頂) slope above Fuyou Temple, built no later than 1824 by the merchant Zheng family as Rongji Mansion (榮記大厝) and bought in 1915 by Shih Kun-shan (施坤山), whose timber and petroleum firm Shih Ho-fa (施合發商行) grew into one of the largest in Taiwan during the Japanese colonial era. A road widening plan left the house expropriated and decaying from 1990 until local campaigners secured its designation as a monument in 2005, along with a Japanese-style house, air raid shelter, and stone garden behind it. Council budget freezes stalled restoration for over a decade, and it finally opened to the public as an exhibition space in September 2025.
