Dahu Sericulture Improvement Station (原大湖蠶業改良場建)

A cluster of Japanese colonial era buildings established in 1936 as the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Taiwan Sericulture Improvement Station (農林省蠶業試驗場臺灣飼育所). Located in central Dahu, Miaoli, the complex includes silkworm breeding rooms, dormitories, and wooden structures with original black tile roofs and cypress rain boards. It is now used as a biological pest control research center, although many historic buildings remain preserved on the gated grounds. It is open to the public during regular hours.
