Back in the 1960s there was a theater in this village just across the bridge from Sanxia proper. It was located opposite the entrance to Xibei Street (溪北街), next to the Farmers’ Association, and may have formally been named Jinlong Theater (金龍戲院). It was demolished long ago and replaced by a set of nondescript shophouses.
