A 14-storey commercial building on the edge of Ximending in Zhongzheng District, Taipei. It once housed Zongtong Theater (總統大戲院) on floors 3 through 5, reputedly opening in 1993 and closing down in 2006. Several floors were left vacant in the mid-2010s, attracting the attention of the urban exploration community in Taiwan. The current status of the building is unknown.
