A high-ranking military officer’s residence built by the ROC armed forces in the late 1940s. The house follows a Western-style form, with stonewashed walls and window awnings, while the grounds feature a Japanese-style garden of ponds and stacked stone, reflecting the mixed architectural influences of the period. It remains in private hands and is not open to the public, and its heritage listing, granted in 2006, is registered simply under its street address.
