A Western-style mansion built by the Zeng family, whose ancestors crossed from the mainland during the early Qing dynasty. The family was prominent in local affairs; Zeng Laopeng (曾老彭), the 13th generation, served as a village chief (保正) under the Japanese colonial government, and his grandson Zeng Zhen (曾振) later served two terms as township mayor. Now unoccupied, most descendants having left the area, but still recognized for its heritage value.
