Completed in 1903 and known as Chuiyuan Hall (垂遠堂), this was the historic residence of the first mayor of Xizhi in the Japanese colonial era. It has been abandoned for many decades now and is in danger of complete collapse. Next door is an equestrian club (澳美佳馬術俱樂部).
