A Catholic church designed by Xiu Zelan (修澤蘭), typically described as Taiwan’s first female architect, blending northern Chinese palace architecture with Western modernism. Nicknamed “Little Chung-Shan Building” (小中山樓) for its resemblance to her famous Yangmingshan work, the interior features woodwork by Lukang master carver Li Songlin (李松林, 1907–1998).
