Tianzhong (田中) is an old township in southeast Changhua. The name derives from its many rice paddies. During Japanese rule it was the site of a large complex of grain warehouses. Nowadays it is home to Changhua HSR Station, one of the least frequented stops on the network due to its remote location at the northwestern margins of the township.
