A disused high-rise hotel at the intersection of Dongning Road (東寧路) and Dongxing Road (東興路) in eastern Tainan. Construction began in 1999 and the 200+ room building was completed in 2002 under the Chinatrust (中信) chain, but the hotel never opened due to unresolved parking and land use disputes. It stood vacant for more than two decades, occasionally hosting brief retail events on the ground floor, before finally changing hands in 2025 for NT$880 million.
