Gancheng Commercial Building (干城第一廣場商業大樓) - Spectral Codex

A failed commercial development on the east side of Taichung with nine storeys above ground and three levels underground. It was constructed during the tail end of the bubble economy, probably around 1996, but the construction company went bankrupt and it never opened. Since then the building has been mired in legal challenges. It is finally undergoing demolition as of 2025.
