Completed in 1913 as the administrative office for Tainan Park (臺南公園), this small Tudor-style building blends Western, Japanese, and local construction methods, with coral limestone (硓𥑮石) walls possibly salvaged from the demolished north gate barbican of the old city walls. The interior transitions from a Western-style concrete-floored public area at the front to a raised Japanese-style timber floor at the rear. Designated a municipal monument in 2003, the building underwent a major restoration completed in 2024.
