A company shrine (構內社) established in May 1920 within the barracks of the Taiwan No. 2 Infantry Regiment. The shrine enshrined the spirits of soldiers who died in the Truku War (太魯閣戰爭) of 1914, a major military campaign against the Truku Indigenous people. The site is now part of National Cheng Kung University (成功大學).
