Formerly a mountain retreat and tea garden associated with a homegrown leather goods brand that became popular in the late 1980s. Tragedy struck when the founder visited the villa during Typhoon Talim (颱風泰利) in 2005 and was so heavily injured by falling glass that he perished. After his death the company spiralled into bankruptcy and the villa was abandoned for a time. As of the mid-2015s the site seems to have been sold and cleaned up, and should be treated as a private residence not open to casual visitors. It is located in Qidu, Keelung.
