Established around 1969, once a prominent Hualien tourism landmark. Closed in the 2000s and later converted into the new Dadongmen branch of Louisa Coffee (路易莎東大門門市). Severely damaged in the April 3, 2024 Hualien Earthquake and condemned. The building remains standing as of February 2026 despite obvious structural damage.
