A sprawling hillside community behind Mingde High School (明德國中) in Qidu, Keelung. Although it looks like a Japanese dormitory group, it allegedly only dates back to the 1950s, but there are several unknowns about this group of dilapidated residences. It has the atmosphere of an old KMT military village but apparently it was built for teachers and staff at the nearby school.
