A port authority dormitory complex and military dependents’ village in central Qidu, situated between Qidu Railway Station and the planned Keelung MRT Qidu Station. The village was likely depopulated in the late 2000s, though some stragglers may have remained into the 2010s. As of the mid-2020s the site is partially demolished but some structures remain intact. In 2025 an urban renewal plan was announced and work is expected to begin redeveloping the entire site into office towers and residential buildings.
