Completed in 1935, this was once the residence of the administrator of Songshan Sanatorium, which was located a few streets over to the east. Although the sanatorium was demolished in 2019, this building was designated a heritage property and restored around 2019. Additionally, there is a second wooden residence across the street that was also restored. This was a regular residence for workers at the sanatorium (松山療養所宿舍) completed in 1940. Both are now operates as Jingxinyuan (靜心苑), a Japanese-style restaurant.
