Originally established as First Guesthouse (第一旅館) in the late Japanese colonial era. It was later repurposed as a hospital. Abandoned for many years, it was eventually recognized as a historic site in 2023. Most of the original structure collapsed long ago but the front of the building is now supported by steel beams.
