Established in 1937 and expanded in 1946, this former industrial facility in Miaoli City played an important role in stabilizing the food supply in the tumultuous post-war era. It has been long-abandoned but was recognized for its heritage value and is slated for restoration work at some point. Still idle as of 2024.
