A row of three connected shophouses on Xinxing Street (新興街) known locally as the street-end three-bay building (街尾三連棟). It was built by the Shi (施) family between 1926 and 1928 during the Japanese colonial era. The Shi brothers ran timber, sawmilling, and furniture businesses in the area, and the buildings were among Lukang’s earliest reinforced concrete structures. A restoration funded by the Changhua County Culture Bureau preserved interior murals by the painter Guo Xinlin (郭新林) and a hand-painted Pepsi-Cola advertisement left over from a grocery store that once operated on the premises. It is typically open to the public on weekends.
