A small temple to Tudigong (土地公), the Earth God, on the south side of Lukang, Changhua, near Wenkai Academy. It is next to a small pond and a reconstruction of Yanggong Bridge (楊公橋), which was originally built in 1812 by the county magistrate Yang Guisen (楊桂森) on what was then the main road into the port from the south. Floods swept the bridge away in 1939 and the discovery of its remains in 1995 led to the creation of the surrounding park, completed in 2001. The entire area is said to have powerful fengshui.
