Established by the early 1950s. Suffered fires in 1954 and again in the early 1970s but the theater was repaired and business went on. Also known as the Tianshan Cineplex (天山電影院) in its later years. Demolished and replaced by the Sanshang Department Store (三商百貨) which closed in 2013. Now the space is occupied by the Momentum (摩曼頓運動) sportswear shop.
