Hualien Zhonghua Hotel (花蓮中華大旅社) - Spectral Codex
花蓮中華大旅社

Reportedly the oldest hotel in Hualien City, Zhonghua Hotel at No. 9 Yixin Street was operated by the Gao family for over 60 years, serving businessmen, salespeople, and students on school trips through the 1950s to 1970s. Also known as a filming location for the 1993 film Rose, Rose, I Love You (玫瑰玫瑰我愛你). It has continued to operate for many years but no longer appears to be in business as of the mid-2020s. Although parts of it feel abandoned the building is still occupied.
