An abandoned sentry post of the 301st Bridges and Tunnels Division (東警部301橋隧連) under the Taiwan Garrison Command (臺灣警備總司令部) overlooking the southern exit of Guangfu Tunnel (光復隧道). The garrison was one of many positioned at strategic points along the Huadong Valley and was abolished along with the rest of the division in 1992. The remaining facilities were demolished around 2018.
