Xiaokeng Railway Tunnel (小坑台車隧道) is located on the outskirts of the village of Guangxing (廣興) in rural Xindian, Taiwan. It was originally built for trolleys plying the extensive network of forestry railways leading deeper into the mountains from here—with connections to Wulai. Since it was decommissioned it was transformed into a one-way tunnel for small vehicles. Since it is necessary to pass along this stretch of country roads it also means the area is quite peaceful and suitable for rural bike riding.

This project was founded in the early 2010s and has evolved into a sort of personal Wikipedia of places that interest me (and often the photographs I’ve taken there).
