Two-story wooden hospital built in 1928 by Dr. Shibano Giichi (芝野義一), a Japanese physician from Tochigi who came to Taiwan in 1912. Originally an obstetrics clinic, it changed hands several times after the war and later operated as Ruizhen Surgical Hospital (瑞貞外科醫院). Currently under private restoration by the family.
