Founded by Guo Zonghuan (郭宗煥), likely in the 1960s, but out of business for several decades already. It is located along Huayin Street (華陰街) but the original entrance is in a busy alleyway now occupied by small eateries. Although it is possible to access the building the interior has been completely stripped. The reason for its abandonment is currently unknown.
