Stone buddha No. 45 (第45番) from the Taipei Shikoku Pilgrimage (台北四國八十八所靈場), depicting Acala (不動明王) and originally associated with Iwaya-ji (岩屋寺) in Ehime Prefecture. A matching Kōbō Daishi statue stands beside it. Both were installed in April 1925 (Taisho 14) and donated by Kamano Yoshimatsu (鎌野芳松), a watchmaker based in Taipei who was one of the five founders of the pilgrimage circuit. They are tucked along a narrow path next to a private residence between Shamao Road (紗帽路) and Yangming Road (陽明路).
