An eclectic building combining a Western-style façade with a traditional residence in the old downtown core of Lukang, Changhua. Completed in 1933, it has been well-preserved, and recently reopened as an attraction, Lukang Historic Image Museum (鹿港歷史影像館), with numerous photographs on display. The former clinic also serves grass jelly in the lobby. Registered as a historical building in 2024.
