A public market and mixed-use building at Gongguan, opposite the main National Taiwan University campus. It was completed in 1980 and acquired its present identity in a 2010 renovation, when its façade was wrapped in a multi-coloured kinetic mural by Israeli artist Yaacov Agam titled Heart of Shuiyuan (水源之心).
