A set of narrow commercial buildings running lengthwise along Huayin Street (華陰街). Although it doesn’t look like anything out of the ordinary it was a well-known shopping center in the 1960s and 1970s. Its most distinctive remaining feature is a pedestrian bridge connecting the upper floors of two adjacent buildings, which is still in use by a renovated hotel. There is a marble plaque commemorating the opening of the building somewhere near one of the entrances but it couldn’t be located in 2024.
