An old public market established around 1956. It mostly closed down in 2014 as part of an urban renewal project drafted up by local authorities. It was left in a highly dilapidated and pretty much semi-abandoned state as of the late 2010s. It is mainly known for the iconic archway (牌樓) facing Yanping Road (延平路) with a now-dysfunctional clock.
