A huge mixed-use commercial and residential complex in central Taoyuan City. Home to several former movie theaters: Yonghe Theater (永和戲院), Yongjia Theater (永佳戲院) Guobin Theater (國賓戲院), and Jiabin Theater (嘉賓戲院). Demolished to make way for the G08 station on the new Taoyuan Green Line (桃園捷運綠線).
