A 1930 residence built for Xiao Yunzhang (蕭雲章, 1901–1964), a prominent local figure who served in various government, agricultural, and social welfare roles throughout the Japanese colonial era. Designed by a Japanese architect and built by contractor Matsuzaki Eitaro (松崎榮太郎). Registered as a historic building in 2018.
