A Japanese colonial era memorial stele in Tianzhong, Changhua, commemorating those killed when anti-Japanese resistance fighters raided the nearby Shalun Police Station (沙崙派出所) on September 9th, 1900. A Japanese patrolman and three local guards died in the attack, mounted by fighters of the Tieguoshan (鐵國山) resistance under Ke Tie (柯鐵). The roughly five-meter stone obelisk was first established in 1923 and reconstructed in 1934. When Tianshou Temple (天受宮) was later built over the site, the stele was enclosed within its side wing rather than demolished. It was registered as a historic building in 2012 and restored in 2014.
