A historic temple venerating the deified Tang dynasty general Ni Shengfen (倪聖分), patron saint of warships and sailors, established in the years following the Qing conquest of Tainan. This god is similar in many respects to Mazu but appears to be worshipped nowhere else in Taiwan. A side altar features a spirit tablet for Qing offiical Yang Tingli (楊廷理).
