Previously an upscale restaurant, this ostentatious European-style building was leased out to the National Immigration Agency throughout the 2010s. It was nicknamed the White House (小白宮) at one point. Since the NIA relocated it has been converted into a small tourist attraction, Cangjin Pavilion 2 (藏金閣2館).
