Originally established in 1980 as an indoor skating rink. Business was poor so it switched to screening films in 1983 and operated until 2007, when it closed down and was subsequently abandoned. Demolished around 2011 to make way for a hospital. The owner also rented out the third floor of the Chinatown Building nearby, opening Chinatown Theater (中國城戲院), also in 1983. Still visible on Google Street View in history mode.
