Established in 1767, this temple venerates Qingshui Zushi (清水祖師), a deified Buddhist monk who lived in Anxi County, Quanzhou, during the Northern Song dynasty. Although commonly known as Zushi Temple, the formal name is actually Changfuyan (長福巖). It is also notable for featuring eight marble columns salvaged from the torii originally at the gate to the Taiwan Shrine (臺灣神社).
