Longjing

Lóngjǐng (龍井) is located along coastal Taichung but extends up and over the Dadu Plateau (大肚台地) to the area just west of Tunghai University (東海大學). It is home to several historic villages as well as Taichung Power Plant (台中發電廠), the world’s largest coal-fired power plant and a major source of carbon emissions.
